3. ENTRY METHOD: Limit one entry per person. Entries are made by completing the sign-up form and clicking the “Spin the Wheel” button at https://butcherboxforpets.com/. By participating, you agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor.
4. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): To enter without signing up for marketing, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: AMOE - Spin to Win, PO Box #610069, Newton Highlands, Massachusetts 02461, with your name, address, and email. Requests must be received before 12/31/2030 to receive a manual entry into the promotion pool.
